This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers To view it, click here I almost ranked this as liked it but I feel like there s a big difference between liking something and thinking something was pretty good okay I felt the second for this book It was generally enjoyable for the RomCom book it is I liked the writing, and Tracy was generally likable I would have liked to read somebuild up to her feelings for Dex, rather than just have it come altogether smoothly at the end It felt weird that the book was mostly about Tracy trying to love Connor and hav I almost ranked this as liked it but I feel like there s a big difference between liking something and thinking something was pretty good okay I felt the second for this book It was generally enjoyable for the RomCom book it is I liked the writing, and Tracy was generally likable I would have liked to read somebuild up to her feelings for Dex, rather than just have it come altogether smoothly at the end It felt weird that the book was mostly about Tracy trying to love Connor and have the perfect movie relationship with him, and then have the thing with Dex tacked onto the end after being far below the radar for most of the book Maybe it was supposed to be like that, but it felt odd to me That being said, I liked most of the characters, even the secondary ones, and I loved the little interactions between Tracy and Christy I choose this as an IR book It s called Love, Hollywood Style Basically this girl doesn t think she will find love So she goes to love movies she literally watches all love movies she can possibly find and takes notes.she winds up doing the first meet and things like that But when she notices that it isn t going to plan it switches Read the book and your gonna find outAn external conflict she has is with her best friend because she finds her best friend with the guy she is trying t I choose this as an IR book It s called Love, Hollywood Style Basically this girl doesn t think she will find love So she goes to love movies she literally watches all love movies she can possibly find and takes notes.she winds up doing the first meet and things like that But when she notices that it isn t going to plan it switches Read the book and your gonna find outAn external conflict she has is with her best friend because she finds her best friend with the guy she is trying to impress smooching in his office I have an text to text connection My connection is connected to the book Sea of Love Even though they are both in the same series they are both different books But they do have some things in common Both main characters try to impress boys but sometimes they end up with another they were friends with The two girls try to impress them with things that aren t usually them So that is basically my connection I d give this book stars It was a great book But it also didn t like amaze me as much as others i gave 5 stars to This book did have funny moments in it with was cool It sort of surprised me too It had great details but could ve surprised meSo you should read this book if it might amaze you by the my feedback True love doesn t always follow a scriptTracy Vance s love life is a total flop Sure, she has a cool job as a tour guide at a real Hollywood movie studio, but when it comes to her personal life, she can barely get her crush, Connor, to notice herThen Tracy gets a brilliant idea Why not win Connor s heart with some help from the big screen Taking her cues from her favorite chick flicks, Tracy puts Operation Rom Com into action, and it actually seems to work But Tracy soon realizes that getting the leading man isn t the same as keeping him Maybe things never work out like they do in the movies or do they This book wasinteresting.Like most of the other books from the romantic comedy series it had a girl who falls in love with a guy. What annoyed me was that it was predictable and it was very similar to the other books like it.But, it was ok and I loved reading about the scrapes that the main character got into, they were hilarious to read about D Originally reviewed 3 11 08Love, Hollywood Style was a bit predictable not because the formula of the book was laid out but because I kind of figured what would go down But it was an OK book nonetheless P.J Ruditis did an OK job with the story Needles to say this book wasn t one of my absolute faves but I kind of enjoyed it despite my lack of enthusiasm. Cute light romance aimed at teens There s a lot of movie references and the main character works at a movie studio as a page It s bland enough that even pre teens could read it A short, sweet summer read Not as trashy as some. Predictable and clich beyond compare I had to rate as two stars simply because I don t have it in me to be mean and rate it any lower It s a typical installment in the Simon Pulse chick lit series thing they have going on though I ll admit there are some diamonds in the rough. I honestly can t believe I finished this book A girl living in SoCal, working for a movie studio as a page, decides to fix her love life by following all of the elements of a romantic comedy Disaster ensues Lots of current movies, movies stars named this book will be dated in a year. Love, Hollywood Style
